Supporting Whole School Wellbeing Through Staff Action Research

Meaningful and relevant CPD can support staff wellbeing. Supporting teaching and non-teaching staff to plan and carry out Action Research projects of their own choosing can be a great way to enhance their career and personal development.

Action Research projects aimed at improving the mental health and wellbeing of pupils/students, staff or other members of the school community also provide opportunities for promoting and improving whole school wellbeing.

In this seminar, through examples from other schools, you will learn how you can run Action Research projects in your school, whether you are a staff member or school leader.
