With 20 years of teaching experience, I’ve nurtured children through joy, love, laughter, and dance. I have witnessed the burnout and stress that educators face, impacting their joy and creativity. This seminar emphasises the importance of well-being for educators to create joyful learning environments both at work and at home. We’ll explore gratitude, mindfulness, and self-care to help educators reconnect with their values and enhance their moments of joy. By prioritising joy, we can find it more readily in ordinary moments, allowing educators to thrive and spread joy throughout their classrooms and lives.
