LGBTQ+ pupils are twice as likely to be bullied in schools, which numbers increasing across Wales. Bullying is so gay covers the roots and impact of anti LGBTQ+ language, with practical strategies to challenge behaviour, usualise diverse families, and support victims. Participants will gain tools to embed inclusive practice, respond to incidents effectively, and build a culture where every child feels safe.
The session also includes guidance and take-home resources for parents to help them discuss LGBTQ+ topics at home and support young people experiencing bullying.
