It is Just a Fad: They Don’t Need a Diagnosis

Answering the undercurrent of resentment around increasing rates of neurodivergent diagnosis, by looking at what is causing the trend, and what the consequences of diagnosis are.

(In essence, as we learn more about what neurodivergence is we spot more people, and diagnosis is demonstrably protective of mental and physical health. I’ll also answer the clogging up the NHS and other systems critique with a call for what I believe will be future practice)

This would contain insight into the roots of neurodivergence and insight into how to frame approaches to neurodivergent students.
