This session will highlight the importance of SEND / ALN identification and practice and its impact on resources, progress and well being of the school community.
SEND / ALN is a large topic as the picture of inclusion has evolved and so many school leaders are grappling with questions regarding resourcing, pupil progress and staff well-being. In this seminar I will highlight the importance of identification leading to accurate and targeted support to support the above factors.
I will discuss the elements of SEND / ALN most neglected and how they most contribute to progress and pupil development.
