SEND Identification and Its impact on progress, resources and Well-being

This session will highlight the importance of SEND identification and practice and its impact on resources, progress and well being of the school community.

SEND is a large topic as the picture of inclusion has evolved and so many school leaders are grappling with questions regarding resourcing, pupil progress and staff well-being. In this seminar I will highlight the importance of identification leading to accurate and targeted support to support the above factors. I will discuss the elements of SEND most neglected and how they most contribute to progress and pupil development.
