The importance of recognising and including neurodivergent Staff

We often focus upon our neurodivergent pupils, but what about our staff, our neurokin and colleagues? What kind of a message are we really giving pupils if they don’t see role models and acceptance within our education environments? Looking at why this is so important and some ideas on how to take steps to create a safe and neuro inclusive environment for all.
