Ways to empower your SENDCO

Ways to ensure that Head teachers and Senior Leaders act as ‘Gatekeepers’ for the ALNCO/SENDCO in their school as everyone is speaking the same ‘ALN/SEND language.

After this seminar delegates will have

  1. Considered ways to improve systems in place in school to support ALNCOs/SENDCOs to do their role effectively so that they are not pulled into things which are not their role.
  2. Identified ways to support their ALNCO/SENDCO by prioritizing through a systematic approach which is shared with all stakeholders.
