This fast-paced, practical seminar introduces the core ideas of Conscious Leadership to help you recognise the moment you tip into drama and choose a different way through.
You’ll leave with two simple, memorable tools you can use immediately, the Above/Below the Line model for catching yourself in the moment and the shift from the Drama Triangle to TED* (Creator, Challenger, Coach) for leading yourself and others with more clarity and less friction. Expect a genuinely interactive session not a lecture. You’ll reflect, work with a partner, try a short presence practice and leave with one concrete commitment for the week ahead.
