What happens when we stop taking lessons outdoors and start using the outdoor environment as an active participant in learning? In this fast-paced, practical workshop, delegates will experience a range of curriculum-based challenges exploring subjects such as maths, literacy, science and creativity. Through active, engaging experiences, we’ll explore how the environment itself can shape the learning, spark curiosity and create meaningful opportunities for children to think, investigate and problem-solve. No woodland or specialist equipment required, just a willingness to see the outdoor spaces we already have differently.
Please note: This seminar will be delivered outside | This session is repeated at 10.30 and 12.00.
