In a world increasingly dominated by AI, how do we nurture the full range of human intelligence in our classrooms? These are the keys for children to flourish in the future. What are they? Moral/ethical intelligence; inter and intra-personal intelligence; emotional intelligence; critical intelligence; creative intelligence; kinaesthetic intelligence. AI can give us information but it can’t replicate these right brain aspects of people, so we must build children’s capacity to be fully conscious and aware, so that they can navigate the complexities of our world and gain Self-leadership. This is the capacity to decide who we want to be in the world, as these pupils in the photo, taken at Warren Farm School in Birmingham, are discovering.
