It is easy to ignore our own wellbeing needs, but adults need to role model good wellbeing and keep it high on school agendas.

We need balance in our lives and to work on Personal Care Plans, mindfulness and fun to recharge energy and joy levels, to have energy to actively support others.

It’s important we reach out and share our experiences in supportive, non-judgemental adult forums to create strong, caring, inclusive relationships and learning environments for everyone.
