Keeping You Safe: Beware of scams

Please note it has come to our attention that scammers are sending fraudulent emails and correspondence to our sponsors, exhibitors, speakers and delegates claiming to be a person, event, or business associated with the National Education Show. Some are also claiming to sell visitor data, this is something we do not do. Please be advised that we are not in any way associated or affiliated with these individuals, events or businesses.

IGNORE THEM COMPLETELY

Our advice is to IGNORE THEM COMPLETELY, and do not communicate with them in any way. Writing letters and responding to emails simply confirms that you exist and are available at the address/email address/number they have for you, and therefore payment can be pursued.

  1. ALERT the organiser of your event
  2. Report it to your local trading standards
  3. DO NOT PAY ANYTHING
  4. DO NOT COMMUNICATE WITH THE SCAMMERSeven when they threaten legal action

These organisations have also been known to use debt recovery agencies, the same advice stands for these agencies. Do not engage with them.

If you receive an email, letter or phone call and are unsure whether or not it is fraudulent then please contact us on 01766 496830 or email info@nationaleducationshow.com so we can verify it for you.
