This practical and forward-thinking seminar cuts through the hype to explore what agentic AI could mean for teachers and schools. Through realistic classroom examples, delegates will discover how AI agents could help turn curriculum plans into teaching resources, adapt materials for different learners, analyse pupils’ work and prepare feedback, while keeping teachers in control of key decisions. Drawing on work recognised through the Innovate UK Agentic AI Pioneers Prize, the session explores where this emerging technology could genuinely reduce workload, improve efficiency and support teaching, while highlighting why teacher oversight remains essential.
