Building a healthy self-perception in neurodivergent pupils

Neurodivergent children often have to navigate an education system that is built with the neurotypical majority in mind, both academically and socially. This often results in their self-perception starting off on the back foot, leading to lower self-esteem, demotivation and disconnection.  This seminar will help staff recognise the signs of negative self-perception in neurodivergent children and explore how to help them build the positive outlook about themselves that they deserve.
