Follow The Empathy Road

This seminar will look at Ginny’s lived experiences of building
relationships with families when a child comes to our school ‘mid
school career’ and parents have put barriers up because of what
has happened to them in previous settings. She will look at
‘Logos, ethos and pathos’ as a way to navigate those first tricky
conversations. She will look at ways to set up meetings so that
everyone feels listened to in a nurturing environment.
