The spider’s web of trust

Human connection is key to building relationships in schools.
relationships between children, parents and staff. This seminar
will look at how to build these relationships in a human,
empathetic manner so that they remain strong enough when we
have to have those ‘tricky conversations’. It will feature the work
of Brene Brown alongside the PACE approach and The Solihull
Approach as ways to build these connections and form trust.
