Schools Partnership Programme (SPP) is a collaborative school improvement model developed with schools and leading education experts.
Drawing on our collaboration with GwE since 2019, Lead Associate Niki Thomas will discuss:
• The importance of peer review and empowering people at all levels to drive school improvement.
• How SPP supported GwE to build trust, skills and capacity for sustainable review cycles.
• How GwE has forged strong relationships across the region, growing the partnership from 50 schools to over 220 schools.
• Providing GwE with the ownership to train their own facilitators, supporting more schools with the framework and process for school improvement.
